This is a one of a kind setting with a very private timbered home site. Driveway is rough but is a good start. Well at the home site. Timber on this site is actual big high value trees but it is such a great home site the way it is. Nehalem River can be seen from the property but the best home site is over the hill from river view but a river view is an option. There is also a nice surrounding territorial view from the ridgetop home site looking out of the timbered setting. One of a kind! Property was approved for template test in the past but has since expired. Should meet criteria still. Probably best to walk up from the bottom as the road is muddy and no great turn around spots until the top. Bring your mud boots.
